Q: What is milled soap? 

A: Typically known as “Melt and Pour”, we use a proprietary blend of different luxurious bases to create our one-of-a kind soap blend that does not suffer from the same “glycerine dew” effect that is common with most melt and pour bases.  We measure out our bases and then mill them into fine flakes to ensure a very smooth and creamy melt.  This keeps the soap from scalding during the melting process.

 

Q: Why does my product's color vary slightly from the picture? 

A: Each of our products is made in a small batch and is hand poured, causing each batch to have its own unique look. Although the color of each product may vary, it makes no difference in the strength and quality of the fragrance.

 

Q: Why can’t I add 6 or more of an item to the cart? / Why am I having trouble adding items to the cart?

A: Because each item is handmade in small batches, we keep our inventory set to only 5 of each item available at any given time.  This allows us the opportunity to replenish each item as it sells, while maintaining the high quality you’ve come to expect from an artisan soap and fragrance maker.
