Q: Is there a local pickup option?

A: Yes. We are located in Kona, Hawaii. Local pickup is available for anyone who is present on the Big Island. Our products are available at Kona Gear, Unison, and Hale Maluhia Country Inn. Contact us directly to place an order for local pickup. A deposit will be required when placing the order. Click here to contact us.

Q: Do you offer custom or wholesale orders?

A: We’re happy to offer custom orders for those looking for something uniquely tailored. Custom projects require a deposit before production begins, and turnaround time for completion is up to six weeks, depending on the scope of the order.

We also offer bulk wholesale ordering for retailers and larger quantities. Wholesale orders require an initial deposit prior to production, with possible milestone payments for larger or more complex orders.

Q: Why does my product's color vary slightly from the picture? 

A: Each of our products is made in a small batch and is hand poured, causing each batch to have its own unique look. Although the color of each product may vary, it makes no difference in the strength and quality of the fragrance.

 

Q: Why can’t I add 6 or more of an item to the cart? / Why am I having trouble adding items to the cart?

A: Because each item is handmade in small batches, we keep our inventory set to only 5 of each item available at any given time.  This allows us the opportunity to replenish each item as it sells, while maintaining the high quality you’ve come to expect from an artisan soap and fragrance maker.
